How to connect

Get online in a few taps.

Join the CONEWER Wi-Fi, top up from your phone and you're online. The first time takes about 2 minutes.

Join the CONEWER Wi-Fi

Open your phone's Wi-Fi settings and tap CONEWER. No password needed.

  • 1Tap CONEWER in the Wi-Fi list.
  • 2Wait a few seconds. The CONEWER page opens by itself.
Page didn't open? Open your browser and go to neverssl.com. The CONEWER page will appear.

Create your account Once only

Your account keeps your hours, so you never lose them.

  • 1On the CONEWER page, type your mobile number.
  • 2Tap Continue.
  • 3New number? Choose a password (at least 8 characters).
  • 4Tap Create account.
Remember your password. You'll use it to sign in next time.

Top up and pay

Pick an amount. ₱21 gives you 7 hours.

  • 1Tap Top up, then choose ₱21, ₱51 or ₱99.
  • 2Pick how long to stay online after paying (1 hr is fine).
  • 3Keep QR Ph selected (or pick GCash or Maya) and tap Pay.
  • 4Screenshot the QR, open GCash, Maya or your bank app, tap Scan / Pay QR and choose the screenshot.
Tapping Pay gives you 10 free minutes to pay: the internet opens so your GCash, Maya or bank app can load. It ends after 10 minutes, or continues on your hours once paid. The CONEWER window may close when you switch to GCash. That's normal.

Once your payment goes through, your phone connects by itself. No need to go back to the CONEWER page.

Questions

The CONEWER page didn't open

Make sure you're connected to CONEWER in your Wi-Fi settings. Then open your browser and go to neverssl.com. The CONEWER page will show up. If it still doesn't, turn Wi-Fi off and on again.

I forgot my password

On the CONEWER page, type your mobile number and tap Continue, then tap Forgot password?. You'll reset it through Telegram with @conewer_help_bot, using the same mobile number as your account. It's free and takes about a minute.

I don't have GCash or Maya

The QR code works with any bank app that can pay a QR Ph code. You can also ask the store staff for a printed voucher.

Do my hours expire?

No. Hours you don't use stay in your account until you need them.

What if I leave early?

Unused whole hours go back to your balance after you leave. For example, connect for 3 hrs, leave after 1 hr 20 min, and 1 hr comes back.

Can I use my hours at another store?

Yes. Your hours work at any CONEWER Wi-Fi. Just sign in with the same number.

Can a friend share hours with me?

Yes. On the CONEWER page, tap Ask a friend. Your friend scans the QR with their CONEWER app and sends you some of their hours. No sign-up needed.

How do I see how much time I have left?

Open My CONEWER (your dashboard) to see your balance and history. You can add it to your home screen for one-tap access.
